Situated between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, Hugh Taylor Birch State Park provides a variety of ways to explore the natural beauty and recreational activities of the area. From canoeing and paddle boating in a mile-long freshwater lagoon or fishing from the seawall to biking along paths or relaxing on the beach, the park has opportunities that will appeal to visitors of any age and inclination. It is located just east of the Galleria at Fort Lauderdale beside the historical Bonnet House Museum & Gardens.
